Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Art Teacher to join our high school's creative arts department.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine arts, a deep appreciation for artistic expression, and the ability to inspire and guide students in developing their artistic skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging and comprehensive fine arts curriculum for high school students.


• Teach various techniques and styles in visual arts, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and other forms of artistic expression.


• Foster a creative and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore their artistic talents and express themselves.


• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their artistic projects and assignments.


• Organize and participate in art exhibitions, showcases, and events to highlight students' work and talents.


• Collaborate with other art teachers and faculty members to integrate art into cross-curricular projects and activities.


• Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of fine arts education.


• Mentor and support students interested in pursuing higher education or careers in the arts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Fine Arts or a related field.


• Prior teaching experience, preferably at the secondary school level.


• Strong artistic portfolio showcasing expertise in various forms of visual arts.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for art education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.


• Patience and the ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
