Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate all HR Admin functions for subsidiaries of Hub360 across the various locations
- Develop, review and ensure compliance to all Hub360 policies (employment, logistics, SOPs, procurement, fleet management, store and inventory management etc)
- Recruitment, orientation and placement of new staff for Hub360 and Post Box
- Regularly update SOPs, job descriptions and personnel specification for all positions
- Maintain and update electronic register of all databases (recruitment, assets, staff etc)
- Facilitate capacity development, trainings, counselling and offer advisory on labor laws
- Ensure that equal employment opportunity policy is fully implemented and monitored
- Monitor employee punctuality, attendance and collate data for monthly payroll
- Maintain an open communication (and confidentiality) with all employees
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and statutory organizations (HMOs, FIRS, Banks etc)
- Maintain a tidy record and database of vendors, service providers, suppliers etc
- Plan, develop and implement the Hub360 training strategy, culture and employee DNA
- Document all disciplinary actions and maintain tidy employee records from entry-to-exit
- Ensure optimal staffing levels to meet and deliver Hub360 and Post box goals at all time
- Conduct periodic surveys on job, trends, salaries, fringe benefits etc within the industry
- Ensure staff reward systems reflect varying performance levels, market salary rates etc
- Maintain harmonious working relations with all staff thus minimizing time lost via disputes
- Proffer strategic solutions and high level interventions as required
- Other related tasks as may be required from time to time
