Our client is in need of a Senior manager to head their operations.
Responsibilities
Development of robust sales and operational plans and strategies to deliver agreed objectives
Recommend strategies towards business development and outlets expansion.
Articulate and implement promotional and sales plans aimed at improving brand equity, market share and driving higher customer traffic to all outlets, website and other social media.
Tap into the emerging power of social media by developing a robust social media marketing platform (structure and strategy), defining clear promotional and sales KPIs.
Develop and grow key institutional accounts by making periodic field visits to existing and new corporate customers; exploring their specific needs and ensuring they are always satisfied.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / HND qualification
Minimum of 6 years experience in Senior Management role (FMCG,QSR,RETAIL CONSUMER GOODS)
Individual must be a leader and goal oriented
Ability to influence others positively
Individual must be strategic and sales driven
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (word, PowerPoint and Excel).
