Responsibilities:



  • Gather and maintain up-to-date information on the cost and selling prices of IT products and services.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain price quotations and ensure accurate pricing data.

  • Oversee and monitor the IT inventory, including stock levels, stock movements, and reordering points.

  • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure timely replenishment of IT stock.

  • Prepare and draft PFIs for materials and equipment required for IT repairs and maintenance.

  • Verify the accuracy of information and obtain necessary approvals before issuing PFIs.

  • Identify and source materials and components needed for IT repairs, maintenance, and projects.

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

  • Assist the procurement team in overseeing the delivery of procured IT products and services.

  • Track and monitor shipment statuses to ensure timely receipt of ordered items.

  • Prepare invoices and waybill numbers for purchased IT products and services.

  • Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation.

  • Review and revise existing Purchase Order Forms as necessary to reflect changes in requirements or pricing.

  • Respond to RFQs from vendors and suppliers promptly and accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for RFQ responses.

  • Collate and maintain records of Purchase Orders issued for IT-related procurements.

  • Ensure that all POs are appropriately filed and documented.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the IT industry.

  • Strong knowledge of IT products, equipment, and materials.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and procurement software.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and procedures.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
