Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with departments to understand their procurement requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.

  • Analyze procurement needs, market trends, and vendor capabilities to make informed decisions.

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for goods and services.

  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable and quality supplies.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract renewals and terminations.

  • Prepare and review Purchase Order Forms accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

  • Obtain necessary approvals and documentation for procurement transactions.

  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery of procured products to ensure timely receipt.

  • Resolve delivery issues and track shipment statuses.

  • Monitor procurement costs and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.

  • Continuously review and improve procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement automation and digital solutions to streamline workflows.

  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Conduct due diligence on vendors to mitigate potential risks.

  • Prepare procurement reports, including spending analysis and vendor performance metrics.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize procurement strategies.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a procurement professional, preferably in a supervisory or executive role.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor evaluation.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
