Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities within the sales team.


• Develop and deliver engaging training content, including sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and soft skills.


• Design and conduct onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the team.


• Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions to enhance sales team capabilities and foster continuous learning.


• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.


• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members, offering guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.


• Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and sales methodologies to incorporate into training materials.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals.


• Assist in the development of sales strategies, contributing your insights from the training and development perspective.
