Job Description
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Thoroughly review solicitations/calls for proposals that provide opportunities for funding and become an expert on donor instructions and requirements seeking a clear understanding of donor flexibility.
- Working as a member of the Business Development Team to develop go/no-go decision guides.
- During proposals, work closely with lead BD staff to develop annexes and other supporting documents.
- Will conduct research pertinent to proposals at the Head of BD’s request.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Essential
- First Degree in the applied sciences, social sciences, public health or business. Preferred candidates are those with a master’s degree.
- Candidates must show excellent communication and writing abilities, sound research prowess, good use of Microsoft power point and other visual tools, proactiveness, ability to multi-task and think fast and sharply.
