Duties and Responsibilities



  • To collaborate with the sales support or BDMs by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.

  • Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the OEM/Sales team and client.

  • Providing level 1 and 2 support to clients on installed applications/software

  • Work with the customer, users, technical architect, and application designers/OEM to define the data migration requirements and structure for the application.

  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

  • Ensure security in reporting and data warehousing.

  • Application/software customization flow (e.g New custom menu, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI and debugging)

  • Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

  • Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.

  • Analyses the impacts on current software solutions deployed for clients, research problems, design and implement optimal solutions.

  • Maintain an awareness of the latest technological trends (software/applications) in the focus area of the company and developments to introduce new processes and products to enhance company profitability and efficiency.
