Job Description

• Carry out maintenance activities in the hotel


• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures.


• Record and document maintenance daily and routinely.


• Prepare report and other information summarizing work activities and report results to direct supervisor.


• Periodic tools, equipment and asset verification.

Requirements

• OND / B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.


• 2 years experience and above


• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems


• Experience using hand and electrical tools.


• Physical stamina and dexterity.


• Reside within Ojodu, Ogba, Ikeja, Agege and environs.
