Job Description



Key Accountabilities:



  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our business and build brand awareness.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviour  and competitors to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Identify target customers and devise effective marketing ways to reach and attract them.

  • Create compelling and persuasive marketing content for various channels, including websites, social media platforms, email newsletters and print materials.

  • Manage online marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising.

  • Work with the content creator to create and implement strategic content for our company’s website and all social media platforms.

  • Dispatch email marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.

  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visual and multimedia content, such as images, videos and infographics.

  • Coordinate promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of the company’s website and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and marketing best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations and customer service.

  • Optimise website structure and content for search engines and the use of paid online adverts to generate qualified leads for sales purposes.

  •  Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.

  •  Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

  • Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and measure campaign performance.

  • Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers and content creators.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.


Experience:



  • Must have a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in digital marketing.
