About this role



  • Growth and Marketing Lead will lead our marketing strategy, execution, and operational management for Grazac initiatives with focus on our academy.

  • As a Growth and Marketing Lead, you will work with content creators, designers, social media strategists, program/community managers and customer support to increase the awareness of our academy, boost our customer acquisition funnel and close partnership deals that directly have impact on our revenue.

  • The Growth and Marketing lead should be an individual who is growth-oriented, resourceful, entrepreneurial at heart, pays attention to details and conscious of the bottom line.


What you will do



  • Lead and oversee the activities of the Growth/Marketing Team

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising to drive more young individuals to acquire tech skills.

  • Close partnership deals with companies to give priority to talents from Grazac to ensure we provide maximum opportunities for our talents

  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality of talents produced and team member performance.

  • Create strategies to increase brand awareness and engaging with existing audience.

  • Working on strategies within the growth department to increase company’s revenue

  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, emails campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

  • Inspire, recognize, coach and lead teammates on a day-to-day basis and ensure tasks are being done by teammates; be a champion of GRAZAC culture (We love learning!!).

  • Compile performance reports to brief the management on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

  • Any other duties assigned by management


Requirement and Skills



  • At least 3 years of experience in a growth marketing or sales leadership role

  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns

  • Expertise with SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush

  • Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or Trello)
