  • We are actively in search of an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Marketer and Drive Representative to become an integral part of our team.


Job Summary



  • The Sales Marketer and Drive Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and increasing brand awareness for our bottled water products.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and actively promoting our products in their designated territory.

  • This role combines sales expertise with driving responsibilities, making it essential for the representative to be comfortable with both tasks.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for bottled water products.

  • Identify and target potential clients, retailers, and distributors within the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.

  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and tastings to showcase the quality and benefits of our bottled water.

  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.

  • Actively participate in trade shows, events, and community engagements to promote brand visibility and attract potential customers.

  • Manage and update the customer database with accurate information, sales activities, and communication history.

  • Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly to deliver products to clients within the designated area.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle, ensuring products are handled and transported with care.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback for product improvements and market trends.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc / HND / OND

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience in driving company vehicles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with local markets, retail landscape, and distributor networks in the assigned territory.

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and promoting products.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
