Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.


• Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.


• Participate in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.


• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs.


• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 4 years of experience in IT support, administration, or a similar role.


• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.


• Familiarity with server administration, including Windows and Linux environments.


• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and data protection.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
