Position Summary



  • We are seeking to hire a Sales representative who will be responsible for our furniture company, who will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our diverse range of furniture products to potential customers.


Responsibilities



  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces that meet their requirements.

  • Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products, including features, benefits, materials, and design elements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to secure bulk orders for commercial projects.

  • Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and aesthetically pleasing to create an inviting shopping environment.

  • Assist in setting up displays and arranging furniture to showcase products effectively.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in the Funiture business.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and orders.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
