Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Site Engineer.


• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion.


• Focus will be on ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site, coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and project managers.


• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance of construction works.


• Collaborate with the project design team to ensure the implementation of design plans and specifications at the site.


• Review and analyze construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.


• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.


• Maintain a detailed record of project activities, including progress reports, material usage, and manpower allocation.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.


• Identify potential risks and challenges and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.


• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.


• Oversee the testing and commissioning of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.


• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.


• Stay updated with industry advancements, construction technologies, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in managing construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.


• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.


• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.


• Ability to work independetly and with a team,


• Ability to workunder pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
