Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects are completed to schedule


• Preparing designs from technical specifications


• Inspecting buildings for insurance purposes and advising on relevant legal requirements


• Advising on energy efficiency and environmental impact


• Checking properties meet building regulations, accessibility, and fire and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 10+ years relevant work experience.


• Very experienced on road construction with good knowledgeon road design.


• Versed on construction designs


• Apt at design softwares and equipments like total station, gps


• Knoledgeable in other technical aspects as would be required in the role.
