Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead our efforts in acquiring new clients with talent requirements for tech and non-tech projects globally. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international client base and promoting our exceptional recruitment services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in various countries in Europe, North & South America seeking talent for tech and non-tech projects.
- Formulate effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets.
- Continuously research international market trends, industry demands, and competitive intelligence to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, understanding their specific talent requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events.
- Articulate the value proposition of our talent acquisition services to clients through compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations, highlighting our expertise in sourcing exceptional talent for diverse projects.
- Negotiate contractual terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Work closely with our recruitment and talent acquisition teams to ensure client requirements are well understood, and the most suitable candidates are presented to clients promptly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis, contributing significantly to the growth and revenue goals of the organization.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts to the sales manager and senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in international sales, preferably in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related services.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and its talent demands is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
