As a People Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the People Operations team by providing operational support and executing people-related programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing the employee experience.

- Taking end-to-end accountability of HR administrative processes
- Actively participating in the recruitment and retention of employees to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to thrive
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle to include onboarding, training, and offboarding
- Generate HR reports and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends
- Support initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and team-building activities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a proven technical recruiter.
- High-growth start-up/FinTech experience is highly desirable
- People management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with HRIS
