KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TEACHERS:

As an esteemed member of our teaching faculty, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.


• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.


• Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting individualized growth.


• Collaborating with fellow educators and school leaders to enhance teaching practices and curriculum development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CAREGIVERS:

As a dedicated caregiver at Fayas Preparatory School, you will be entrusted with:

• Providing attentive and compassionate care to young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.


• Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes age-appropriate learning and play.


• Collaborating with teachers to support the development of each child's physical, emotional, and social skills.


• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and daily activities.


• Instilling positive values and manners in children to build a strong foundation for character development.


• Ensuring a clean, organized, and child-friendly space conducive to a healthy and happy learning experience.

ELIGIBILITY, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

FOR TEACHERS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.


• Proven experience in teaching at the relevant grade levels.


• Strong knowledge of subject matter and pedagogy.


• Certification in teaching and professional development is an advantage.

FOR CAREGIVERS:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent qualification.


• Prior experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred.


• A warm and caring personality with a passion for working with young children.
