Job Opportunity:

• We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Operations/Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a passion for driving business success through data-driven insights to join our dynamic team.


• Working closely with the executive management, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business operations, developing new ideas into opportunities, providing actionable insight and supporting our company's strategic decisions and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions for operational improvement.


• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.


• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis within the insurance industry to drive informed business strategies.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance dashboards to track operational performance and goals.


• Proactively identify risks and potential issues, providing recommendations for mitigation and continuous improvement.


• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support special projects, initiatives, and business inquiries.


• Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, and reinsurance to gather data and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and solutions.


• Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the insurance sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Programming, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.


• Proven experience in data analysis, operations, or business analysis role within management consultancy, investment banking, insurance or financial sector.


• Proficient in data analysis and data visualization, with expertise in tools such as Microsoft Office Tools, SQL, Power BI, etc.


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.


• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
