Talent Acquisition 



  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.

  • Analysis of organizational development and anticipation of future employment needs. 

  • Design and management of the recruitment and selection processes. 

  • Brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events. 

  • Build relationships and maintain a network of past and potential candidates. 

  • Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment. 

  • Generate monthly updates and reports on key talent acquisition metrics and about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Research and seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, sourcing methodologies and trends in the staffing industry. 

  • Utilising the 5C Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand for maximum impact to ensure 5C is attracting exceptional candidates. 

  • Develop and conduct survey interviews regarding the recruitment process and the initial employment experience 3 months after candidate’s start date. 

  • Develop, design and implement assessment center models of recruitment.

  • Identification, development and implementation of relevant workflows, processes, technology, software, applications and other enabling work tools. 


Business Development: 



  • Responsible for overall profitability of the 5C Limited talent acquisition business. 

  • Responsible for branding and Business Development activities. 

  • Monitors quarterly marketing and sales goals for the talent acquisition business and provides feedback and corrective actions. 

  • Closing of contracts at prices that meet the strategic growth and profitability levels set


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years working experience

  • Oil and Gas Industry experience required

  • MSc. in Human resources or similar relevant field

  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods

  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
