Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Promoting the company'sexisting brand and introducing new products to the market.

  • Developing brand plans/strategies for the company with market penetration strategy, market research, competitor analysis and consumer insights.

  • Monitor business performance and external environment to meet business objectives.

  • Development of product brochures and other promotional marketing materials new product pipeline, pre&post launch strategy and product growth strategy

  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales & marketing teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.

  • Responsible for SWOT analysis of product lines and guiding sales team to tap the opportunities and growth in the product sale.

  • Responsible for managing and implementing sales &marketing activities.

  • Staying current in the industry by attending conferences, and workshops, and maintaining personal and professional networks.


Requirements & Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or any Health Science related field

  • Minimum of four years of experience as a Brand Manager preferably in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation and advanced presentation skills

  • Knowledge of conducting market research and intelligence.

  • Ability to work and liaise with cross functional teams.


Salary Budget

N500,000 - N650,000 Monthly.
