Reviewing every component that makes up the Standard Operating Procedure and work instructions in Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratory.
Responsible for proper coordination of all analysts in Chemistry and Microbiology Laboratory.
Prompt reporting of daily activities and investigation of out of trend results and deviations.
Train all the laboratory staff for current Good Laboratory Practices.
Provide technical support in overall processes.
Provide technical knowledge in Quality and food Safety Management Systems.
Conduct verification and maintenance of the food safety and quality systems, hazard analysis and sanitation processes, prerequisite programs, manufacturing processes, plant environment and finished products.
Collaborates with operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventive measures when necessary.
Oversees and Monitors the inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Establishes inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures, and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process.
Requirement
Required Experience: Minimum of 8 years with at least 3 years must be in supervisory position.
