Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Receive, review and respond to sales inquiries via telephone, emails and postal emails.
- Generate sales leads/opportunities by carrying out periodic outbound communication via telephone, email blasts.
- Provide data/information and reports to help the Commercial team.
- Gather market intelligence (from Newspaper, online, etc.) to identify new sales leads/opportunities.
- Screen sales leads/opportunities for sales of ConSol’s products and services.
- Provide daily report/list of the leads to the Commercial Team
- Regularly record and update all sales activities on the CRM database.
- Keep all stationery and accessories used in the department and ensure availability when required.
- Coordinate logistics for sales and marketing events for clients.
- Schedule sales meeting and attend/participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure effective, brand marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, and advertising.
- Represent the organization in all presentations, meetings, fairs, conferences and other events.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum of One - Two (1-2) years’ post-graduation experience.
