Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members across different shifts


• Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies


• Uphold and enforce company policies


• Schedule shifts


• Address rule violations committed by guests


• Strengthen security measures


• Assess workflow periodically


• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members


• Enhance customer experience and maintain a positive image of the business


• Address operational issues promptly and implement solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities


• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
