  • We are seeking to hire an Online Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities from order to delivery, setting and achieving sales goals, making sales forecasts, managing the company's website, converting leads to customers, and developing marketing strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.


Job Responsibilities



  • Coordinate end-to-end sales activities, from order processing to delivery.

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals.

  • Forecast sales trends and performance.

  • Manage and maintain the company's website.

  • Convert leads into loyal customers.

  • Develop innovative marketing strategies in line with business objectives.

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

  • Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, product launches, promotions, and influencer partnerships.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automated flows.

  • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to enhance the website user experience and drive online sales.

  • Work with the Creative team to develop digital assets adhering to brand guidelines.

  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and platforms.

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators to the Marketing team.


Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)



  • Increase in website traffic, engagement, and sales.

  • Growth in social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

  • Effective execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Continuous improvement of digital marketing knowledge and skills.

  • Timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance metrics and insights.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.).

  • Experience in administrative and customer care roles.

  • Must have 12-18 months' experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Working knowledge of the fashion industry, fashion business, and fashion trends.

  • Understanding of beachwear and bikini business trends.

  • Must be a Female.


Required Skills Set:



  • Expertise in marketing principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Effective project management skills.

  • Basic web design skills.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms.

  • Ability to identify trends and insights.

  • Experience in budget allocation and management.

  • Proven ability to plan and direct marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to measure goals against ROI.

  • Proficiency in conducting experiments and conversion tests.

  • Ability to provide regular internal reports.

  • Execution of innovative collaborations across technologies and platforms.

  • Budgeting and budget management skills.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI design is an added advantage.


Salary



  • The proposed salary is N200,000 divided into basic and productivity payments.

  • Productivity bonuses will be provided for exceeding targets.

  • Payment will be tied to achieving set targets, including conversion rates, turnover, platform posts, engagement, followers/likes, etc.
