Job Description



Key Accountabilities



  • Achieve the targets set out in every month regarding sales

  • Manage daily plans to deliver availability, merchandising and sales targets

  • Manage company interface with assigned retail accounts

  • Coordinate merchandisers and Promoters to deliver superior On-Shelf availability and ‘Perfect Store’ execution

  • Conduct and report weekly visibility audits in assigned territories

  • Achieve ‘Perfect Store’ deliverables in all assigned accounts

  • Manage full order to cash chain for assigned accounts.

  • Liaise with Company logistics to track orders and deliveries to assigned MOT outlets

  • Increase sales of PR brands across stores

  • Be aware of competition strategy and create plans to defeat them

  • Ensure execution of promotion across assigned outlets

  • Reconcile sales and inventory

  • Monitor Pernod Ricard and competition’s prices.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • 1- 2 Years in sales/retail area.
