Job Description



  • We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

  • Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

  • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

  • Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.


Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage all accounting transaction.

  • Implement accounting systems and processes.

  • Reconcile income statements.

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

  • Manage the full financial process.

  • Prepare budget forecasts.

  • Prepare an expense budget report.

  • Preparing budgets, annual reports, and strategies.

  • Analyzing the company’s financial systems and procedures.

  • Processing online payments and bank statements

  • Ensure timely bank payments.


Required Qualification



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as an Accountant with proven work experience.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Impressive oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience in the Manufacturing space is mandatory.

  • Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
