About the job



  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who can use a consulting-type approach and research skills to find out training requirements across the board and define and develop training interventions ( classroom, seminars, third-party collaborations etc.) to address changing business needs.

  • Such a person will have the interpersonal skills to manage a broad range of relationships.

  • The ability to think outside of the box will be crucial to maintain a competitive edge.

  • The ideal candidate must be able to meaningfully contribute to the company’s growth and business strategies.


Responsibilities



  • Identification and development of business opportunities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

  • Marketing and selling training courses to corporate and individual clients

  • Writing proposals and carrying out presentations to support the marketing and sales drive

  • Implementing initiatives to grow market share in the industry

  • Implementing business plans

  • Developing and implementing effective distribution and penetration strategies

  • Carrying out research including competitor analysis, market intelligence, significant environmental developments etc.

  • Customer handling and customer satisfaction.

  • Implementing the organization’s directives.

  • Course facilitation


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in marketing training programs and development solutions
