Job Description
Job Objective:
The Position Holder helps ensure the vision is upheld by staff, and also acts as a critical organization sensor, implementing corporate’s people plans, communicating the pulse of employees, and recommendations on how to better achieve corporate goals in reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to enhance the Engagement, Culture and Performance management in the function.
- Contributes to the Organizational Effectiveness through identification and realization of opportunities / initiatives for productivity improvements.
- Enhances the development & execution of prioritized organizational or functional capability plans
- Drives the Talent processes and Succession management in the function
- Makes a major contribution to decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis.
Requirements
- University degree in HR or Business Administration, plus a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CIPM/CIPD).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with track record of HR business partnership plus working experience in the HR area of the manufacturing sector
- Builds strong customer relationships and Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances
- Planning & prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals with securing & deploying resources effectively and efficiently
- Builds partnerships and working collaboratively with others and willingness to learn and grow
