About the job



  • We looking for Account Managers that will drive success of our product and services to new and current customers.


Responsibilities



  • Manage the sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

  • Present products to prospective clients

  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

  • Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

  • Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.

  • Generate and keep prospective client database updated

  • Make cold calls for new business leads

  • Support in writing new business proposals

  • Maintain high knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company


Qualifications



  • Pursuing or have completed bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

  • Strong desire and business acumen

  • Previous account management experience

  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role

  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
