Responsibilities:



  • To deliver approved business strategy through effective product, customer, and engagement expertise.

  • Deliver excellent customer experience, territory market growth and penetration tactics to unlock and maximise assigned area’s market potential through gathering customer insights, creating plans and ensuring excellent execution in an orchestrator mode.


Key Accountabilities:



  • Achieve business growth and business sustainability in assigned geographies.

  • Sales Target: Achieve agreed territory sales target (annual, quarter, month) by defined area, territories and channels.

  • Winning Communication & Engagement: Appropriately and adequately communicate brand features, benefits and key messages to HCPs in line with brand strategy using applicable materials to enrich engagement.


Qualifications



  • The Preferred candidates must possess either B. Pharm, or First Degree in any of the Pure Biological/ Medical Sciences

  • At least One (1) year of experience selling Pharmaceutical products,

  • Good network knowledge of the applicable Areas.

  • Age (25 – 35 years) and must be domiciled in the area of interest.

  • The candidates must have a Valid Driver’s License and must have a flair for travelling.
