Job Description
- The Sales and Marketing Executive shall proficiently execute sales and marketing duties.
- Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas.
- Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and strategies for the company
- Deliver on agreed sales target of property unit sales
- Analyze feedback and survey clients
- Prepare and deliver sales pitch
- Liaise with influencers, blogs to conceptualize and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Explain product specifications and complex concepts to potential clients and buyers
- Manage a team of freelance sales officers
- Conduct market research to identify and develop effective marketing and sales strategies
- Coordinate with in-house staff and appointed external consultants and third-party vendors to implement marketing and sales tasks
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences and travel to meet clients as needed
- Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)
- Generate new leads on weekly basis
- Meet at least 80% of monthly target
- Increase social media presence by 5% monthly
- Number of properties sold in a month.
- Sales Growth through regular sales
- Prompt execution of all assigned tasks

SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Ability to establish and nurture Client Relationships
- Creativity and ability to develop marketing, sales and other business strategies

- Planning, Research (Web and other forms of research) and Analysis Skills
- People Management Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or other related software for creation of documents
- Ability to leverage technology, CRM software and other technology to support and boost sales activities.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education qualifications or Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in real estate sales and marketing of high value properties
