Proven work experience as a Chef or cook.
Must willing and able to train team members and must also be open to learning
Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess minimum of OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience on the job .
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Excellent communication, customer and inter-personal relations is a must.
Must demonstrate undeniable flair for ‘treating food right’ and be very comfortable and versatile in continental, Yoruba, Igbo, Calabar dishes and more.
Advanced knowledge of Hospitality / culinary techniques.
Ability to formulate recipies, study each recipe and gathering of all necessary ingredients.
