Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accountant looking for a flexible part-time role that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic boutique consulting firm? We are looking for a talented Part-Time Accountant to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support our success. Some of the responsibilities will be:

• Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger maintenance.


• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.


• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.


• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.


• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
