The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Training Manager in driving business growth, sales generation, executing all aspects of learning programs, evaluation of need analysis, design and development of course contents and delivery of trainings for our clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support with the development of training courses and program for U-connect clients and in-house staff
Develop training materials such as training calendars, manuals and brochure
Identify skill gaps and map out training plans for clients
Support with facilitating training programs using recognized training techniques and tools
Support the training Manager with managing and maintaining in-house training facilities and equipment
Conduct proper active research on learning curriculums and remain up-to-date on training courses across various industries.
Identify training effectiveness by gathering relevant information from training participants.
Attend client meetings to understand training needs, pitch sales and build business relationship .
Creating relevant in-house learning programmes and resources for staff
Support the training Manager to create a culture of continuous development and also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs
Support learning manager to utiltilize available resources to organize, develop, and prioritize learning plans and curricula that align with clients strategic priorities
Provide regular reports to on learning impact in the organization
Assist with the overall performance of new and ongoing development initiatives and training programs
Contribute to the development of a training portal and learning management systems (LMS).
Assist with conducting all forms of pre-assessment test for clients
Identify and secure business opportunities
Support Training Manager in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Build business relationship with existing and potential clients.
