ABOUT THE CLIENT

• Our client is a leading industry which specializes in the production of a wide variety of consumer and industry electronics, including appliances and integrated systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Responsible for sustained growth of all retail assets (SMP/SPP/SIS) and for growth of the retail environment.


• Responsible for overall management and supervision of SFMT to ensure successful delivery of objectives.


• Responsible for managing, motivating and continuous transfer of skills and knowledge to members of the team.


• Responsible for monitoring RRP of all CE models and advising dealers accordingly.


• Responsible for preparing and monitoring budget spend against planned budget on periodical.


• Responsible for increasing CE sales through retailer.


• Responsible for increasing CE product and brand awareness through retailers.


• Responsible for implementing CE product training through the retailers.

REQUIREMENTS;

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales/marketing or social sciences


• A minimum of 7-8 years post-graduation experience in FMCG/Mobile/Telecom industry with a minimum of two (2) of those years in a similar position.


• Possession of a post-graduate degree from a recognized university will be an added advantage.


• Must possess strong leadership, team interaction and support skills.


• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Must possess the ability to develop and maintain relationship with customers.
