- Develop annual business plan that supports our business goals and direction.
- Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solutions pitch, negotiation, close, handover to Finance and Customer Services team.
- Achieve volume and value budget of the assigned clients.
- Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partner needs and goals.
- Management of Key accounts with regular review of key account performance
- Work in partnership with the digital solutions team for the sales of digital products
- Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities and market intelligence report and feeding back to the team for the design of sales and marketing strategies.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
- Effectively interact with other units/ departments including Finance, Marketing, IT, and Customer Services when putting the plan together and when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, recommending equity investments.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Ensuring SecureID Limited remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
- Keeping abreast of issues affecting our industry and collecting competitor intelligence.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management or any related field. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years proven work experience in banking or smartcard industry with industry knowledge of E-business, E- Channels, and Card Business with proven record is an added advantage.
- Must have a grasp of the industry and the local & international environment.
- Proven record in a senior or managerial role,(Female Preferably).
