- Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilisation of resources
- Ensuring that all company policies, rules and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
- Providing leadership,coaching, counselling, motivation to team members in order to assist them meet their sales objectives
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
- To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in real estate / marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills
- Problem-solving and decision making
