In this role, you will help to build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our world-class skincare clinic. As the premier skincare and aesthetics clinic in Nigeria, we provide an incredible array of aesthetic treatments that will enhance our clients' look and help them feel their best. As our Customer Success Associate, you will be at the forefront of our mission to bring out what is most beautiful about each of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up


• Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to our clients


• Educate clients on our products and services to ensure they make informed decisions


• Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients


• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner


• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience


• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share recommendations with management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude and passion for customer service


• Detail-oriented and organized


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
