• Flawless Skin By Abby Medspa is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to join our team. As the foremost skincare and aesthetics clinic in Nigeria, we are dedicated to ensuring our clients have a world-class experience. We offer an incredible array of aesthetic treatments to enhance the beauty of our clients, all while being pampered in our luxury clinic. As our Patient Care Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting and attending to clients, scheduling appointments and conducting consultations to help them achieve their desired results. You will be the face of the company and provide VIP treatment to our clients to ensure they have a memorable experience. If you have a passion for customer service and the aesthetic industry, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and attend to their needs


• Schedule appointments and manage patient files accurately


• Conduct phone consultations to screen and schedule clients


• Assist with esthetician responsibilities including the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms


• Handle transactions including invoicing, billing, and insurance information


• Respond to client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction


• Interact with patients on their recovery, ensuring a successful and speedy recovery process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• 2+ years of previous customer service experience


• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills


• Demonstrated customer service and sales skills


• Strong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail


• Passionate and knowledgeable about the health and wellness industry


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
