Position Overview



  • The Mechanical Workshop Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mechanical workshop, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership:



  • Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.

  • Monitor work progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control in all mechanical repairs and maintenance.

Quality Assurance:



  • Maintain high-quality standards in mechanical repairs and services.

  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets safety and industry standards.


Technical Expertise:



  • Utilize in-depth mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle and machinery issues.
