Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

- Monitor work progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control in all mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Manage resources, including tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high-quality standards in mechanical repairs and services.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets safety and industry standards.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth mechanical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle and machinery issues.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the workshop team.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure all team members are trained in proper safety practices and equipment usage.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and maintenance activities.
- Generate reports on workshop performance, including productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Vendor Relations:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships to secure favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in mechanical workshop management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of various vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
