Experience as a Chef such as:
- The fundamental function of this position is to cook and prepare in-flight and facility meals for passengers, cabin crew, and guests.
- Adhere to all company policies and company-issued manuals, ensure all safety procedures are followed and also ensure a safe kitchen and galley environment
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure food and beverages are served at the correct temperatures and presented according to the service standards
- Maintain a sterile kitchen and its environment
- Maintain adequate documentation of food preparation and storage records
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that quality standards are met
- Check the quantity and quality of received products
Requirements
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
- Minimum of Four (4) years experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
