Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing digital and regular media on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinating podcasts, generating and editing digital content for web, social media, and multimedia platforms.
- Conducting project research, data analysis, planning and tracking.
- Providing secretarial and administrative support services to the MD
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Handling travel and other logistics arrangements.
- Organizing meetings; including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the MD's behalf.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Managing the MD's schedule, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Perform other functions as may be requested by the MD.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc in any related discipline
- 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- Strong digital and media presence
- Proficiency in presentation techniques.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge with added digital skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent numerical, verbal, writing and technical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proactivity and self-direction.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Open to candidates based in Lagos only.
