Job Summary


Incumbent is to ensure market penetration in Oil & Gas, Power and Construction sectors Development, management and maintenance of Customer acquisition and retention


Job Responsibilities


Business Planning & Development



  • Access Business growth opportunities with new and existing customer 

  • Identifies and develops new customers plan in accordance with Company strategy and goals

  • Ensures that identified opportunities are converted into business for the Company

  • Registers and Updates registration with prospective clients, regulators and consultants

  • Arrange meeting between company and prospective clients and consultants

  • Create and maintain database of all clients, contractors and consultants 

  • Ensure that set targets are met for both Short term and Long Term


Tendering Management/ Contract Sourcing



  • Responds to Pre-qualification, Technical, Tender requirements from Clients and NIPEX

  • Prepares Company Profile and Proposals

  • Supports in the preparation of Tenders and Sourcing of New Projects

  • Secure Contract opportunities for the Company

  • Attend Pre-Tender Meeting / Opening of Bid Meeting


Market Strategy Definition



  • Observing market trends as regards BEAM partners’ Products and Services 

  • Ensure market penetration for BEAM technical partners range of products and services 

  • Analyzing market potential and ensuring exploitation of that potential 

  • Drives BEAM Market expansion and Synergy Co-ordination.


Relationship Management



  • Works with Project Manager in developing and managing relationships and negotiating contacts

  • Develops and manage relationships with Alliance Partners, 

  • Monitor Proposal /Tender Submitted to ensure Order Bank


Corporate Image Management




  • Networks Key Industry Players in Oil & Gas, Power and Multinationals and relevant Government Functionaries to create a positive identification with the BEAM’s Brand




Sales Reporting



  • Ensures Weekly Sales Report and Visitation Schedule 

  • Creates effective communication and feedback systems for interfaces
