Job Summary
Incumbent is to ensure market penetration in Oil & Gas, Power and Construction sectors Development, management and maintenance of Customer acquisition and retention
Job Responsibilities
Business Planning & Development
- Access Business growth opportunities with new and existing customer
- Identifies and develops new customers plan in accordance with Company strategy and goals
- Ensures that identified opportunities are converted into business for the Company
- Registers and Updates registration with prospective clients, regulators and consultants
- Arrange meeting between company and prospective clients and consultants
- Create and maintain database of all clients, contractors and consultants
- Ensure that set targets are met for both Short term and Long Term
Tendering Management/ Contract Sourcing
- Responds to Pre-qualification, Technical, Tender requirements from Clients and NIPEX
- Prepares Company Profile and Proposals
- Supports in the preparation of Tenders and Sourcing of New Projects
- Secure Contract opportunities for the Company
- Attend Pre-Tender Meeting / Opening of Bid Meeting
Market Strategy Definition
- Observing market trends as regards BEAM partners’ Products and Services
- Ensure market penetration for BEAM technical partners range of products and services
- Analyzing market potential and ensuring exploitation of that potential
- Drives BEAM Market expansion and Synergy Co-ordination.
Relationship Management
- Works with Project Manager in developing and managing relationships and negotiating contacts
- Develops and manage relationships with Alliance Partners,
- Monitor Proposal /Tender Submitted to ensure Order Bank
Corporate Image Management
Sales Reporting
- Ensures Weekly Sales Report and Visitation Schedule
- Creates effective communication and feedback systems for interfaces
