Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Core Competence:

• Software Development Support


• ERP and Web Application


• In-depth understanding of MySQL, VB and PHP


• Basic Networking

Duties:

• Manage intranet-based ticketing system


• Manage the organizations website


• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks


• Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)


• Proficient with HP Printers.

Formal Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or its equivalent


• Technical Skills and Experience


• Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT/Software support or development/QA role is advantageous


• Demonstrated basic programming skills with commercial experience is highly desirable

Additional IT Skills of Value:

• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Win 10 – 2019 server)


• Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Internet communication peripherals (NVR, AP & Routers)


• Understanding of TCP/IP networks and surveillance security systems


• Understanding of LAN and WAN communication and configurations
