As the Customer Success Manager, you are expected to attend to the customers' needs, complains or any technical related issues encountered by the customers.
You are also expected to advise customers on their buying decisions, walk through the journey of sales process with them and make customers more comfortable.
You must be able to maintain a long lasting relationship with customers.
Responsibilities
Educating customers on how to use the company's products.
Entertain questions from the customers and giving adequate answers to them
Following up on the customers
Collection of reviews and feedback from customers
Working hand-in-hand with the production Team.
Handling of complaints from customers.
Establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.
Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
Promote value through customer experience
Upsell services and Product with the brand image.
Requirements / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
3-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager
