Job Summary



  • The position will be responsible for stock management and reconciliation, management of pool cars and drivers within the organization, as well as management of incoming and outgoing consumable items for both offices, sites and life camps.


Responsibilities

A summary of role’s responsibility is as follows:



  • Management of office groceries stock, materials and Reconciliation

  • Allocation of pool car and drivers to staff as well as monitoring the movement of pool cars.

  • Prompt stock replenishment, a re-order/threshold limit shall be defined for each store item/category based on observed consumption.

  • Request and Renewal of Driver’s license for Expatriate and company drivers.

  • Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.

  • Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete up to date list of all store items/office supplies

  • Ensure daily routine check on all facilities household items to ensure faults are identified and any down time is prevented or limited to the minimum.

  • Processing of all invoices for prompt payment

  • Dispatching of all Admin official mails to various sites and Offices. E.g. Monthly Return, Quarterly returns, Green Card and insurance Card

  • Any other assigned task(s)


Education & Experience



  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Economics or any other discipline.

  • Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.

  • 1-2 years experience in a reputable organization.

  • Pool Cars & Drivers Experience
