Job Description

• Operate mixers and manage ingredients to meet product quality and uniformity standards.


• Adjust thermos at controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters and kettles


• Practice safe and proper use of equipment including grills, fryers, slicers and industrial/commercial ovens.


• Grill in quantity, deep fryers, cook standardize recipes, open and close, prep, clean and sanitize.


• Prepare meat institutionalize with incorporating flavor searing; maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout kitchen areas.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
