Job Description



We are seeking a skilled Telesales Customer Support Agent to join our growing ecommerce sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling customers who have placed orders on our website and using his/her sales skills to convert them into actual paying customers. This is a full-time, in-office position, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable with meeting sales targets and working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities



  • Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in our products

  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns that the customer may have

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience

  • Close sales over the phone, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations

  • Resolve any issues that arise and ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Telesales Agent, preferably in an ecommerce environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and meet targets

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software
